What it does
rexx systems is a modular HR suite covering applicant tracking, digital personnel files, time tracking and talent management. Its AI assistant Rai answers questions about the software and cites its sources. It also rewrites, translates and corrects text in the editor and helps with job ads. A Job Bot answers applicants’ questions on the careers portal. AI Hiring extracts details from application documents, compares the skills it finds with the vacancy and assigns a score with reasons. The recruiting team makes the decision and can adjust scores and skills.
Who it suits
Companies with roughly 50 to 50,000 employees that want their HR processes in one system and want to use AI right where their personnel data lives.
Data protection for businesses
According to the vendor, the cloud runs in data centres in Germany and Switzerland. You can also run the suite on your own servers. AI Hiring uses an open-source model on rexx servers in Germany. It does not learn from applications and does not share data with third parties. Rai’s optional world-knowledge mode uses external language models. Requests are anonymised, and rexx says they are not used for training. The vendor does not mention a data processing agreement on its public pages, so ask about one when you request a quote.
Limits
There are no public prices. rexx does not say which external models Rai uses. Under the EU AI Act, AI that evaluates job applications counts as high-risk, which also places obligations on you as the deployer.
