Process Street

Workflow and compliance platform from San Francisco that uses AI to turn checklists, approvals and documents into repeatable processes.

What it does

Process Street maps recurring processes as workflows with tasks, form fields, assignees and approvals. Process AI builds such workflows from a short description or from imported PDFs, Word files and images, writes emails and text blocks, and can extract, summarise or translate content inside a workflow. On top come document management for policies, automations, analytics, integrations, an API, and apps for iOS and Android. The AI agent Cora is meant to monitor regulations and flag compliance risks.

Who it suits

Teams that have to run standard processes such as onboarding, audits, quality checks or approvals consistently and with an audit trail – especially in regulated areas with requirements like ISO 9001 or SOC 2.

Data protection for businesses

Data is stored in the US by default; hosting in the EU (AWS) is possible, and the pricing page lists data residency as an Enterprise feature. For AI, Process Street uses the OpenAI API; according to the vendor, customer data is not used for training, so no separate opt-out is described. Transfers from the EU rely on the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. We did not find a publicly available data processing agreement – request one from the vendor. Process Street is certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

Limits

No public prices and no permanent free plan. AI descriptions are capped at 10,000 characters, document imports at 25 MB. Process AI is only available to administrators and builders with edit rights.
