What it does

HalloPetra answers calls for your business when nobody can pick up, asks what the caller needs and sends you a summary via WhatsApp. Petra calls back missed callers and enters appointments in Google or Outlook calendars. For an extra fee it drafts replies to emails, maintains a website via voice commands and keeps a construction site diary over WhatsApp. It connects to trade software such as TAIFUN or SYKASOFT, to CRM systems such as HubSpot, and to Zapier, Make and n8n.

Who it suits

Trade businesses – for example plumbing and heating, electrical, roofing or landscaping – whose staff are on site during the day and who have no office worker to handle the phone. The terms apply exclusively to business customers.

Data protection for businesses

According to the vendor, the service runs on servers in Frankfurt; the data processing agreement speaks of processing “primarily” in the EU. This agreement is an integral annex to the terms of service. HalloPetra states that it does not use call data for training, so there is nothing to switch off. The vendor does not publicly name its sub-processors, for instance for language models. You do not need a separate business plan, as all plans are aimed at companies.

Limits

Each phone plan includes 250 minutes a month; additional minutes cost 20 to 30 cents. Email, WhatsApp and website are paid add-on modules. The offering is clearly tailored to the trades.
