Cassidy
No-code platform from the US that lets business teams build AI agents and workflows grounded in their own company knowledge.
What it does
Cassidy pulls content from sources such as Google Drive, SharePoint or Salesforce into a knowledge base. On top of it, you build AI agents and multi-step workflows without code by describing them in plain language. More than 100 integrations, webhooks and an API connect the workflows to your systems. A meeting recorder transcribes and summarises calls so agents can draw on them. You can also use everything in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Chrome and in Word, Excel and Outlook. Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google are available.
Who it suits
Business teams in sales, customer service, marketing or operations who want to automate recurring processes using company knowledge without waiting for IT. The vendor mainly targets insurance, manufacturing and professional services firms.
Data protection for businesses
According to the privacy notice, data is stored on servers in the United States; the vendor does not visibly offer EU data hosting. Cassidy offers a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. According to the vendor, inputs are not used for training, backed by zero-training agreements with the model providers. Single sign-on, role-based permissions and SOC 2 Type II are in place; advanced security features come with the Business plan.
Limits
The interface and documentation are in English. The vendor does not publish Business prices. The Starter plan limits seats, credits and storage, and external sources sync only every 24 hours.
