TendiGo
Berlin-based platform that finds public tenders with AI agents, analyses tender documents and prepares draft bids.
What it does
According to the vendor, TendiGo searches more than 800 sources for public contracts – procurement portals at federal, state, municipal and EU level, plus council minutes and budget plans to spot planned procurements early. AI agents check tenders for actual fit rather than just keywords or CPV codes and send matches by email. Document analysis pulls deadlines, formal requirements and award criteria from the tender documents, and an eligibility check compares them with your company profile. An assistant answers questions about the documents with page references, and your references are turned into drafts for bid documents. Higher plans add API and MCP access.
Who it suits
Companies that bid on public contracts regularly, for example in IT, construction, energy, facility management or engineering, and sales teams looking for direct awards.
Data protection for businesses
The platform runs on servers in Germany (Netcup, Hetzner); AI analyses use Google Vertex AI in an EU region. According to the vendor, content is not used to train AI models, so there is nothing to switch off. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the user contract. Large organisations can choose an Enterprise plan with on-premise operation.
Limits
The free plan allows only ten AI requests a month; the eligibility check and bid simulator start with Premium. The strongest model generation and team features are reserved for the KI Professionell plan. Draft bids need expert review.
