Inventory software from Bielefeld for small businesses: phone-camera scanning, minimum stock alerts, supplier emails and AI-assisted item setup.
What it does
repleno replaces paper notes and Excel lists in the stockroom. Staff scan a barcode with their phone camera, enter the quantity and book a withdrawal, goods receipt or correction – every booking is visible immediately and linked to a person. You set a minimum quantity for each item, and repleno reports shortages by email. Items can be created with AI help or imported from a CSV file. From the Flow plan, you also get order emails to suppliers, multiple locations and vehicles, bills of materials, project bookings and stock analysis; Scale adds order approvals and cost centres.
Who it suits
Trade businesses, workshops, offices and small shops that want a reliable view of materials and consumables without introducing a full ERP system.
Data protection for businesses
The servers are located in Germany, and all sub-processors process data in the EU. The AI features run on Mistral AI from France. The data processing agreement is part of the terms of use. The vendor does not clearly state whether inputs to the AI features are used for training, and it does not mention a way to turn this off. All plans are aimed at businesses.
Limits
AI is only a helper feature for creating items. The free plan covers 50 items and three users. The vendor does not mention an API. repleno is run by a sole proprietor.
