What it does

PlanRadar documents construction and real estate projects on plans and BIM models: you create defects, tasks and inspections as tickets right at the relevant spot on the plan, with photos, checklists and a site diary. Reports, a construction schedule and document management are included. The AI turns voice notes from the site into structured tickets, builds forms from a description or an uploaded document, searches and summarises project data and points out risks. AI agents watch a project according to your instructions and carry out defined tasks on their own. More than 200 ready-made integrations connect PlanRadar to other software.

Who it suits

Construction companies, architects, specialist contractors, developers and facility or property managers who want site and building data in one place. Subcontractors and observers join without a licence of their own.

Data protection for businesses

According to the vendor, data is stored on AWS servers in Germany, and PlanRadar is ISO 27001 certified. A data processing agreement is available as a document on the website. PlanRadar states that project content is not used to train AI models, so there is nothing to switch off. The vendor does not say which AI models it uses. Larger organisations can choose the Enterprise plan, with single sign-on and custom password policies on request.

Limits

Self-service purchases are capped at ten licences, billed annually in advance. The smaller plans limit the number of plans, BIM models start with Pro, and the SiteView 360° capture costs extra.
