What it does
SuperNinja works through tasks on its own in several steps instead of just replying in a chat. Each task runs on its own virtual machine in the cloud. The agent researches, writes code, creates images and builds small web apps. Through connectors it accesses services such as GitHub, Jira, Slack or Salesforce. You can also assign jobs via Slack, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. Before risky steps such as external emails, it asks for your approval. You choose the language model yourself, for example models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open models.
Who it suits
The tool suits teams that want to hand recurring tasks from sales, support, analysis or development to an agent and follow along as it works.
Data protection for businesses
NinjaTech is based in California and processes data in the US and with service providers worldwide. The vendor does not offer EU data hosting for the standard service. The Enterprise plan allows operation in your own cloud or on premises. The vendor does not mention a data processing agreement. By default, your inputs are used for training. You switch this off with the “Training” toggle in your account settings. In the Business plan, training is disabled automatically.
Limits
Usage is billed in credits, which are used up at different rates depending on the task. Free access offers only a one-time credit and limited models. There are no dedicated apps for smartphone or desktop.
