Mymind
Personal memory store for notes, bookmarks, articles and images that AI tags automatically and makes searchable.
What it does
Mymind collects notes, bookmarks, articles, images and PDFs in one place without you creating folders or tags. AI analyses saved content, recognises text in images, assigns tags and, in the Mastermind plan, writes summaries. You search by keyword, colour, brand or date. Articles can be read ad-free and archived, and notes can be linked to each other. An API gives your own applications access to your content.
Who it suits
Individuals who research a lot and collect visual references – for example in design, copywriting or strategy – and want to find saved items again quickly. It is not built for teamwork.
Data protection for businesses
According to the privacy policy, the service is operated in the United States and hosted on Amazon; an EU option: not found. Mymind uses OpenAI to analyse public content and Google for images – the latter, per the vendor, without storage or training. Mymind promises not to sell data, not to track and not to show ads. Whether content passed to OpenAI is used for training is not stated explicitly; no opt-out is described. Data processing agreement and business plans: not found.
Limits
No free plan, no Windows app, no shared spaces. AI summaries, reading mode and video support are only in the most expensive available plan. The privacy policy still relies on Privacy Shield, which has been invalid since 2020.
