meinGPT
Business AI platform from Unterhaching near Munich for GPT, Claude and Gemini, hosted in Germany, with team assistants and data connectors.
What it does
meinGPT brings language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral together in one web interface for your team. You chat with files and images, research with cited sources and build assistants you can share with colleagues. On top of that come meeting transcripts for Teams, Zoom and Meet plus apps for translation, images and presentations. Connectors include Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira and SAP; for your own applications there is an OpenAI-compatible API, and MCP is supported.
Who it suits
Companies that want to provide AI centrally to their staff while deciding which models are approved and how much budget each person may use. Roles, single sign-on and usage limits are included in the licence.
Data protection for businesses
The platform runs at Hetzner in German data centres; most models are available as an EU-hosted variant. Some models run in the US or without a fixed region – admins can block them. According to the vendor, your inputs are never used for training, so there is nothing to switch off. A privacy filter masks sensitive details before a request reaches the model provider. You accept the data processing agreement electronically when ordering. meinGPT is a business-only product and ISO 27001 certified.
Limits
A separate per-user model budget is charged on top of the licence; governance features such as SCIM cost extra. The vendor does not mention smartphone or desktop apps. Automations and some data features are still in beta.
