Langdock
AI platform from Berlin that combines models from several providers with chat, agents and workflows for the whole company.
What it does
Langdock brings language models from several providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, into one chat interface for the whole team. You build your own agents for recurring tasks, store files and knowledge bases in a library and connect existing tools so the AI can draw on company knowledge. Workflows chain agents, integrations and custom logic into multi-step automations. On top of that there is an API, apps for iOS and Android, a desktop app and add-ins for Excel and Outlook.
Who it suits
Companies that want to roll out AI widely and manage it centrally instead of juggling separate subscriptions from different providers. Admins control models, users and rules in one place, single sign-on included.
Data protection for businesses
The application runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU, and most models can also be operated in the EU. According to Langdock, customer data is never used for training, so there is nothing to switch off. Langdock provides a data processing agreement (DPA) in its trust center and holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. For companies there is the Business plan for up to 1,000 users and Enterprise, which from 1,000 seats can also run in your own cloud or on-premise.
Limits
There is no permanent free plan, only a seven-day trial. New models usually appear in the US first and reach the EU only a few weeks later. Larger workflow quotas and the API cost extra.
