What it does
The AI website generator is part of HubSpot’s Content Hub. You answer questions about your business, industry and goals, and the tool builds a draft with page layout, initial copy and call-to-action buttons. You edit the draft in a drag-and-drop editor without coding. Hosting and an SSL certificate are included. Contacts from forms go straight into the HubSpot CRM and can be used for email campaigns.
Who it suits
Small businesses and marketing teams that need a simple company website quickly and already use HubSpot or plan to adopt it. The tool is available in German, among other languages.
Data protection for businesses
Besides its US data centers, HubSpot runs an EU data center, and accounts can be migrated there. The data processing agreement is part of the customer terms. By default, HubSpot may use account data to train its own AI models; Super Admins switch this off under Settings > Account management > AI. Data already used stays in trained models. According to HubSpot, third-party AI providers such as OpenAI may not train on customer data. Professional and Enterprise are the plans intended for business use.
Limits
On the free plan you can build only one website; generating multiple pages with AI requires a paid plan. The result is a draft that you need to check and complete. The pages run on HubSpot’s platform, which ties you to the vendor.
