HubSpot AI Search Sensor
Free HubSpot dashboard showing how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cite sources and send visitors to websites, broken down by industry.
What it does
AI Search Sensor is a public dashboard, refreshed daily, that shows how the answer engines ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity behave. You see estimated weekly visitor numbers these services refer to websites, plus visibility scores and citation shares for well-known brands across ten industries. Another chart shows which content types and source channels are cited most often in AI answers. A volatility index ranging from calm to extreme shows how strongly answers are currently shifting.
Who it suits
Marketing and SEO leads who want to gauge how much AI search matters in their industry and which content gets cited there – without an account and at no cost. The interface is also available in German.
Data protection for businesses
You don’t enter any of your own data in the dashboard; according to HubSpot, the figures are based on anonymized, aggregated customer data and public information. If you move on to HubSpot AEO, HubSpot’s terms apply: the data processing agreement is automatically part of them, and paid plans let you choose a data center in Germany. By default HubSpot uses customer data to train its own models; Super Admins can turn this off under Settings > AI > Access.
Limits
The sensor only shows industry trends, not your own brand’s visibility – for that you need the paid HubSpot AEO. Only three AI services are covered, and the traffic figures are modeled estimates.
