Taplio

What it does

Taplio is built for LinkedIn. Its AI turns a short idea or a newsletter into a post, rewrites opening lines and adapts to your style over time. Posts and carousels go into a schedule and are published at times when your audience is active. A curated feed shows you relevant profiles, and the AI gives you draft comments. With the lead search you filter by job title and industry, send connection requests and have a message follow automatically once a request is accepted. There are also analytics, a Chrome extension and MCP access for assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Who it suits

Freelancers, consultants, sales teams and agencies that use LinkedIn regularly to build visibility and win clients. A multi-seat team and agency plan is available on request.

Data protection for businesses

Taplio belongs to lempire SAS, based in Paris. According to the privacy policy, personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. The vendor does not offer EU data hosting for Taplio. The vendor does not mention a data processing agreement. The vendor does not say whether inputs are used to train AI models, and it does not describe a setting to switch this off. No dedicated business plan with extended privacy commitments is listed.

Limits

Taplio covers LinkedIn only. Automated connection requests and messages may conflict with LinkedIn’s usage rules and put your account at risk. In the smaller plans, AI texts and comments are limited by credits. Ask Taplio is still in early access.
