What it does
Hypotenuse AI manages product data like a PIM system and fills in missing attributes, for example from spec sheets, the web or a UPC. Products are tagged and categorised automatically. For entire catalogues, the tool writes product descriptions, meta titles, blog articles and ad copy in more than 40 languages. On top of that come bulk image editing, AI product photos, a check of images against retailer requirements, and help with SEO and visibility in AI search. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, Salsify and Amazon, among others, and offers a REST API.
Who it suits
Online retailers and manufacturers with large ranges who maintain product data and copy for several shops and marketplaces. For writing the odd text, it is more than you need.
Data protection for businesses
According to the privacy policy, data is transferred to and processed in the United States; the vendor does not offer EU data hosting. The vendor does not mention a data processing agreement. Only for the Enterprise plan does Hypotenuse commit to not using your data for training; the Basic plan has no such commitment. The vendor states SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Limits
Prices are not published on the website; you have to ask for them. Basic includes only one seat and limited chat and image quotas. Many features, such as attribute enrichment, bulk image editing and custom integrations, are available only in the Enterprise plan.
