Gling
Desktop app for YouTube recordings that uses AI to cut bad takes, pauses and filler words and to generate captions.
What it does
Gling edits video and audio recordings in its desktop app. AI cuts bad takes, pauses and filler words; you can also trim via the transcript. It also offers automatic captions, noise removal, auto zoom, multicam editing and AI B-roll. For YouTube, Gling suggests titles and chapter markers. From Plus upwards, it turns an article link into a short video with an AI avatar and voice. Exports: MP4, MP3, SRT, or XML for Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Who it suits
Anyone who regularly records explainer videos, tutorials or podcasts for a company channel and doesn’t want to do the rough cut by hand. You finish the edit via XML in your own editing software.
