Sorcrr

What it does

Sorcrr is a recruiting platform where you post jobs as short videos and set a bounty for successful referrals. Candidates introduce themselves in a video of under 90 seconds. A built-in applicant tracking system brings together profiles, documents, notes, team votes and messages. The assistant SAI drafts job descriptions, suggests follow-up questions during interviews, transcribes and analyses interview recordings and matches profiles against requirements. A “Career Rank Score” ranks candidates based on ratings, reviews and referrals.

Founding teams and small companies that hire mainly through their network and want to get a first impression of candidates via video.

Data protection for businesses

The provider is SOSUITE LLC from Wyoming; data is processed on Google Cloud in the United States, and no EU hosting option was found. For transfers, Sorcrr points to Google Cloud’s data processing agreement and EU Standard Contractual Clauses; a separate DPA for customers was not found. According to the privacy policy, service providers may not use prompts, files or outputs to train shared models without your consent; no separate opt-out setting is described. There are no dedicated business plans, only paid additional seats.

Limits

Under the EU AI Act, AI-assisted candidate selection counts as a high-risk use; you must review results yourself. According to the terms, hired candidates also pay a fee. The iOS app is not yet available.
