qarunbook

Acceptance-testing platform for web and mobile apps whose test plans your AI assistant can draft from code and work through via MCP.

What it does

qarunbook manages acceptance tests for apps on web, Android and iOS. A test plan consists of checks that people without technical knowledge can follow; for each platform you record pass or fail, with screenshots or videos as evidence. Reported issues stay linked to their check: once an issue is marked fixed, the check goes back for a retest. You can write checks yourself, generate them via AI import from files or text, or let your AI assistant (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) derive them from the source code through an MCP server. There is also a REST API plus connections to GitHub and Linear. The code is MIT-licensed and can be self-hosted.

Who it suits

Small development teams and agencies that want to test systematically before a release and already work with AI coding assistants.

Data protection for businesses

Hosting runs on Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Backblaze B2 and Bunny.net; the provider names no server location or EU option. With AI import, content is sent to Anthropic. The privacy policy does not say whether inputs are used for training, and we found no data processing agreement. Business plans are Team, Business and Enterprise. Full control is only possible with the self-hosted version.

Limits

The website names neither a company address nor a jurisdiction. The free plan allows one app and 150 checks a month. The product is very new.
